Brady started preschool, and is quite the little student. It is like he has been in this classroom all along. He is so thrilled to be dropped off every morning, and comes running to my car when I pick him up. He has made some new friends, is learning new songs, bible stories and verses, and making tons of cute artwork. Here is a pic of him on his first day of school.
As you can see, he is pretty stoked
He is a good boy, and we are so very proud of him. Of course, he is a little bit of a 3 year-old stinker, but I guess that just comes with the territory. He has just recently given up naps, and it is quite the transition for all of us, but we will get these long days down soon enough.
Bryce is now 11 months!! I cannot believe he is going to be 1 at the end of February. How bitter sweet. He is a crawling fool, and walks behind everything, but not on his own yet. Quite frankly, I'm not too sad that he isn't walking yet. He is into everything!!!! He loves pulling out my cookbooks, pots and pans, all plastic dishes etc. He is definitely a full-time job. He is also saying "uh-oh" "bye-bye" and "mama." He is constantly babbling, and I really wish I knew what he was saying. What a happy boy though. He also just got his first haircut. I will confess that I attempted to give him his first haircut, and ended up butchering his hair. So, daddy took him to get straightened out, and he looks super handsome. Here is my lovey!
Jeff and I are pretty much the same. I just turned 29 and had a pretty low-key, uneventful birthday. I guess that happens as you get older. After all, it's about the kids now, right? Hopefully, next year for the big 3-0 we will get to go on a little vaca (somewhere warm). Brady loved helping me make a cake for my birthday, and we just had a nice family night at home.
Here is what Jeff has been buys with:
Ok, so maybe next year we will have to invest in a snow-blower. It is a good work out shoveling the entire driveway. Fortunately, we have not had much snow this year, but this one snowfall was quite a doozy. Bryce loved it though. We took him out on a sled for the first time, and he thought it was pretty cool.
Well, off to get some things done before nap time (or rest time) is over. I will try to post more frequently. Love to you all!

Yo Leigh - I had to chuckle at the snow in the driveway. I can feel your pain. How about a 4 wheeler with a shovel on the front. Just think how fun the boys would have doing that!!
Love you. I love keeping up on your blog. You're pics are always cute.
Happy Birthday again. The big 30 is coming soon for all of us. Scary.
