Well, we just bought a new house, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Of course, we still have to get through the inspection and appraisal, but hopefully everything will be just fine. We are so very excited. We decided to move back to the Ann Arbor/Saline area. It is just "home" to us. After living closer to the city, we have decided this is not us. Luckily, we were able to make this discovery before we committed to a home out here.
So, our new house is in Saline, but it is kind of in the country too. It is on 1.5 acres and is a cute ranch-style house. There is not too much that needs to be done, just removing some wallpaper and painting, and eventually some new carpet in the bedrooms. It will be so nice for the boys to have all this land to play on. We are in a neighborhood, but the houses are far apart, which is nice too. And, we are on a cul-de-sac, which is super nice. We are set to close Oct. 7, and moving in 10 days after closing. Therefore, if anyone is in town and would like to assist, feel free. :) I know my mom will be staying far away, as she helped us with our last move!
Well, in the next month we will be busy, busy, busy!!!!
